Dear Sandy,
Thank you so much for all your hard work.I am very happy to work with you thanks again.
The county seat, and home of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County is in Rockville. The town was once famous for Gordy Coleman, who graduated Richard Montgomery High School, currently ranked one of the top 50 schools in the country. Gordy went on to become a successful major league baseball player.
Rockville is one of Montgomery County and Maryland's oldest towns. Its days of simply being known for its ties to a single big league baseball player have long past. It is now just one of many towns located in Montgomery County, which also consists of Barnesville, Bethesda, Brookesville, Chevy Chase, Damascus, Friendship Heights, Gaithersburg, Garrett Park, Germantown, Glen Echo, Olney, Kensington, Laytonsville, Montgomery Village, Poolesville, Silver Spring, Somerset, Takoma Park and Washington Grove. Montgomery County has grown rapidly from a leisurely, agriculturally-oriented county to a cosmopolitan city with many neighborhoods. With this type of growth comes more roads, streets, highways, construction and unfortunately accidents.
Being the victim of any accident, whether automobile related, work related or the negligence of a medical practitioner is serious and requires the advice of an experienced professional, familiar with the area where the incident occurred and its court system. Having the right Montgomery County personal injury attorney can be the difference between whether you win or lose your claim.
Montgomery County is perceived by most Montgomery County injury lawyers as conservative. However, the nature of the award, often hinges on the seriousness of the injury. Recently, a Rockville jury deliberated three hours before awarding a Maryland couple 1.85 million in a wrongful death law suit. In neighboring Silver Spring, Montgomery County civil defense lawyers are trying to overturn a Rockville family's jury award of 5.8 million in a medical malpractice claim. In less serious injury claims, such as a soft tissue injury, the key to prevailing with a typical Montgomery County may be the method of treatment you seek for your injuries. Unfortunately, jurors in Montgomery County do not hold chiropractors and/or acupuncturists in the same high regard as a medical doctor. District Court judges, following the Maryland law, do not require that the injured person seek a practitioner who is an M.D. and are more understanding in cases involving chiropractors and acupuncturists. Regardless of whether the trial is in front of a judge or jury, cases are decided fast in this county. Most District Court cases are completed within six months of the date they are filed. Even better news, due to the "fast track" the Circuit Court uses for most personal injury cases, they too are adjudicated within six months of the filing date.
The most common injuries sustained in automobile accidents tend to be neck and back injuries. Insurance companies refer neck and back injuries as soft tissue injuries. To maximize a recovery in these types of cases a Montgomery County injury attorney must be familiar with both the Montgomery County District Court and Circuit Court rulings. Our Montgomery County accident attorneys are in the Montgomery County courthouses trying cases almost every day. If you were involved in an accident, you should obtain legal representation. If you, your family and/or friends have been a victim of an automobile accident, motorcycle accident, truck accident, work related injury, dog bite, slip and fall or any other personal injury, let our Montgomery County personal injury attorneys, with over 20 years of experience in Montgomery County, help you.
